EDWARDSVILLE – Former associate decider Ellar Duff has practical to fill a cavity left open when a 9 circuit judges voted her out of bureau as an associate decider in Illinois’ 3rd Judicial Circuit.
Duff is among 12 people who practical to fill a vacancy. She also unsuccessful to get re-appointed in 1999 though after was allocated to fill that vacancy.
