Brooke County commissioners met Tuesday night to plead who will fill a cavity left by a flitting of former Commissioner Bernie Kazienko.
Commissioner Marty Bartz says that he and Commissioner Norma Tarr will be holding applications for dual weeks, until noon on Dec. 27, and afterwards someone will be allocated Jan 3. Those applications should be submitted with a pursuit resume to a county clerk’s office.
