TOPLESS dancers were hardly recognizable underneath elaborate physique paint as they
stripped for a travel festival in Valparaiso city, Chile.
The annual fair sees dancers frame on a streets so artists can paint
elaborate designs on their unclothed chests before they march by a city.
One internal witness joked: “Ay caramba! we haven’t seen so many topless babes
since the bra and blouse bureau mysteriously went adult in flames.”
